If you bought this product frozen or froze it yourself – please defrost it thoroughly before cooking – preferably in a fridge over night for use the next day.
Oven -for best results cook in a preheated oven at 180/200ºc. Directions – replace the cardboard lid with foil and cook for 30 minutes.
Microwave – Put the enchiladas into a microwave safe dish with cling film to cover. Cook on high for 3 minutes, turn and cook again for a further 2 minutes.
