Pulled Shoulder of Lamb Shepherds Pie


A shepherd’s pie with a difference- I use Shoulder of Lamb and Slow Roast for 5 hours on a medley of vegetables.  Combine this with a rich gluten free gravy and fresh mint and topped with creamy mashed potatoes.  Once it’s been in your oven for half an hour it will look golden brown and beautiful!  Now you know why my mouth is watering just writing this!
