Minty Lamb Cobbler – single frozen portions


Tasty local stewed leg of lamb with carrots, parsnips and a cheesey cobbler topping.

If you bought this product frozen – defrost thoroughly before cooking, preferably in a fridge over night for use the next day. 

Oven – place in an oven proof pot with lid/foil and cook at 180ºc for 30 minutes


Microwave – the container it was delivered in is microwave safe.  Cook on high for 3 minutes, turn and cook again for another 3 minutes

On the hob – Place the casserole in a small pan (taking off the cobbler topping first) and bring to simmering point and simmer for 20 minutes.  After 20 minutes simmering add the cobbler topping and simmer all for a further 10 minutes.
