Description

If you bought this product frozen or froze it yourself – please defrost it thoroughly before cooking – preferably in a fridge over night for use the next day. 

Oven -cook in a preheated oven at 180/200ºc.   Directions – place in an oven proof pot with a lid/foil and cook for 25 minutes.  (The plastic container it was delivered in is NOT ovenproof)

OR

Microwave -Open one corner of the lid (the one with the tab).  Cook on high for 3 minutes, mix gently with a spoon and cook again for a further 2 minutes. (The plastic container it was delivered in is microwave safe)

For the rice – Open one corner of the lid (the one with the tab) and Microwave on high for 3 minutes

OR steam on the hob until piping hot – 4 mins
