If you bought this product frozen or froze it yourself – please defrost it thoroughly before cooking – preferably in a fridge over night for use the next day. 

Oven – cook in a preheated oven at 180ºc.   Directions – place in an oven proof pot with a lid/foil and cook for 25 minutes.  (The plastic container it was delivered in is NOT ovenproof)


Microwave – lift the lid in one corner to let air in.  Cook on high for 3 minutes, turn and cook again for a further 1 minute. (The plastic container it was delivered in is microwave safe)

For the rice – microwave on high for 3 minutes or stir on the hob until piping hot adding a little water to stop it from sticking.
