Description

If you bought this product frozen or froze it yourself – please defrost it thoroughly before cooking – preferably in a fridge over night for use the next day. 

For the Stew –

Oven – cook in a preheated oven at 180/200ºc.   Directions – place in an oven proof pot with a lid/foil and cook for 30 minutes.  (The plastic container it was delivered in is NOT ovenproof)

OR

Microwave – cook on high for 3 minutes, turn and cook again for a further  2 /3 minutes and rest  for 1 minute.  (The plastic container it was delivered in is microwave safe)
