Description

If you bought this product frozen or froze it yourself – please defrost it thoroughly before cooking – preferably in a fridge over night for use the next day. 

For the Stew –

For Best results oven cook in a preheated oven at 180ºc.   Directions – place in an oven proof pot with a lid/foil and cook for 15 minutes.

Add the Dumplings on the top of the stew and cook for a further 10/15 mins so they go golden.

(The plastic container it was delivered in is NOT ovenproof)

OR

Microwave – cook on high for 3 minutes, turn and cook again for a further 1 to 2 minutes and rest  for 1 minute.  (The plastic container it was delivered in is microwave safe)

The Dumplings can be microwaved for 30 seconds and popped on top of the cooked stew but won’t be golden – still delicious though
